Major analysis efforts require planning, leadership, and guidance in order to deliver success despite constrained resources and restricted access to business practitioners and management.
This curriculum equips business analysts with the leadership skills needed to successfully lead the analysis portions of major efforts.
This course will provide you with 3.5 Continuing Education Units, 35 PMI PDUs and 35 IIBA Training Hours.

| How to Lead an Analysis Effort | Learn the role of lead analyst, including leadership, planning analysis efforts, organizing and directing analysts, managing analysis risks, and appraising the results of analysis. | 2 days |
| Soft Skills for Business Analysts | Learn how to learn the business of the client organization, such as understanding the organization's key drivers and special vocabulary. Understand how to approach the customer and inspire confidence while supporting their responsibility for their company's business policies/practices. Includes basic principles of human interactions, such as interviewing, leading teams, planning work and managing conflict. | 2 days |
| Evaluating Proposed Solutions | Learn to translate business analysis models into formats used for ranking and prioritizing requirements, evaluating vendors, and assessing final products. Covers the lead business analyst's role in helping to ensure a project's expected benefits are realized and requirements are met. | 1 day |
